When you submit a booking request, we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, selected service, preferred appointment times and any notes you choose to share.

This information is used to review your request, contact you about availability, arrange payment and manage your appointment.
Booking and payment
A private payment page is created for your request. Bank details and WhatsApp contact information appear only when configured. Payment receipts are attached and sent by you through WhatsApp; this website does not upload them automatically.
Services involved
Booking information is stored in the website’s private backend. WhatsApp and your email provider may process information when you choose to communicate through them. No scheduling provider or online card payment service is currently connected.
Your choices
Please do not include sensitive information in the notes field unless it is necessary for your request. You may contact Zainab through the communication channel used for your booking to ask about your information.
